Quiet but poor design and construction
It is certainly quiet but the design is poor in that the air filter and outlet connector are positioned so they overhang the frame and so are easily knocked/damaged.
The contruction is poor. The feet and wheel mounts are not on square so it rocks and vibrates.
The regulator was bunged up with excess thread sealant. However the company supplied a replacement wilingly and quickly.

Roughly hewn
This is a poor version of the standard Duraplug product. Although both are supposed to be to BS5733/a this one is not interchangeable with the Duraplug one.

Cheap but fugly design and awful to fit.
No effort put into the design for ease of fitting. Cannot access the electrical terminals without removing the heater from the mounting base whereupon loose parts - a ball bearing and spring fly out.
Re-assembly need two nuts to be glued in place otherwise they fall out with no access.
Why does a predominantly white appliance have a ugly black rubber cable attached. This should be white too.
Unatttractive warning information is printed onto the front of the heater. looks appalling
