  Having paid for postage via Royal Mail tracked 48, I was a little surprised to see the package arrive via Yodel, with no tracking. The item was left outside my porch, with no prior information about delivery. Fortunately nothing went wrong, the item was not damaged and it was not raining. However, having said this, the item is in excellent condition, just as described, with all associated paperwork.

  Seller slow to send item, which was broken on arrival! The seller claimed it wasn’t sent that way but he was responsible for both the packaging and choice of courier to ensure it arrived safe. When advised of the issue the seller suggested I just glue it together. I have initiated a return but the seller has gone quite, the matter will be referred back to ebay if the seller doesn’t support this return.
