I prefer these connectors
No idea why they are asking me to rate the female connectors, since I ordered male ones... but they are enough alike. What I like, versus the ones sold with leads attached, is that I can pick the wire gauge to match the current it has to carry. They are reliable and easy to use if a little bulky, and since there's no soldering , they are convenient and fast.

The real deal
I'm using a pinch in bread dough, it gives a crispy crust and the bread lasts longer. Use too much and the bread won't rise well and you'll taste it (but it is like sourdough and tastes good)
