No firewire boot for WD My Book Premium Edition
Not happy this particular firewire backup drive that won't boot with a Mac. You can buy a firewire drive enclosure and install you own drive and boot, but this WD product can't. Bought the drive from a recertified seller. So price good for storage, but would never buy this product at regular price.

Garmin 50 is a good unit yet.
I have several models of Garmin GPS units. The 50 is a good solid unit, and if you can find it for under $20.00 it is very good. I now have the 52 Drive which is a new model with better features that I would highly recommend. I use the 50 in a 2nd vehicle that is hardly used. Still the best value is that it has lifetime maps update. Recommenced if you can obtain one inexpensively.

Needs some engineering changes to recommend at full price
Soundbar is a big improvement in sound over stock speakers in a small flat screen TV. You can actually understand what is said clearly. The bad is the remote is crappy and at times you have to unplug the unit to reset to get the remote to respond - change volume, or turn on/off. There is no way to tell if the unit is on or off since there is no indicator light showing on. You have to be right in front of the sensor with the remote to get a response. I mounted this in an RV under the counter and it looks nice. Bought this around $53 shipped for a recertified unit. I would not recommend this product at full price with all its faults.
