Classic fragrance
I have been wearing Wind Song as my daytime fragrance for at least 20 years and often receive compliments. It is light and flowery but not too sweet. I do wish it would last longer though.

One of my favorite movies
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I have been working on the genealogy of my family so I have been thinking a lot about family history, relationships, and values. This bittersweet movie begins in the beginning of the 20th century and follows three generations of an immigrant family in Baltimore. (a first and fifth generation are briefly shown, too.)It ends around 1980. The changes in America are shown along with those of the family.
The cast, directed by Barry Levinson, is first rate. Aidan Quinn plays the son of the immigrant Armin Mueller-Stahl. Elizabeth Perkins is Quinn's wife who thinks she's going to 'lose my mind' because the young couple lives with Quinn's immigrant parents. Joan Plowright, the mother, would annoy me, too. After two children, the young couple buys a house in the suburbs but the family stays together.
Avalon is a wonderful movie on many levels and I highly recommend it.
