I can't say how it performs stock since ...
I can't say how it performs stock since I upgraded the ram, but with the 32GB RAM I added it performs flawlessly.

Looks good and easy to install
The grille looks a lot better than the stock grille I had where the top chrome part fell off and how bad it looked from the parts leftover that held the chrome in place. It was an easy install as only one side needed a screw that was already in place because the other side snapped and wasn't there but zip ties got it in place alright enough. The grille snaps in place at the bottom which was convenient. Ignore the bumper appearance as I need to get that fixed and painted. I am posting photos as another reviewer who posted photos helped me decide on getting this grille and maybe I can help someone else do the same.
