BHG Home Canning Cookbook
Being an older book, it offered the basic 'how to' information for canning, freezing, jelly making and more. Having information about food selection and preparation in one location is beneficial. This book has become my go-to book for any and all questions I have about food preparation for various preserving methods. Great for the novice or experienced.

Very easy to follow. Detailed enough for the beginner. Beautiful color pictures aid in the process of canning. Explicit steps to follow. Appealing to all classes.
