Exactly what I was looking for

Best liquid eyeliner
After trying out about half a dozen different brands of eyeliner, I think I've finally found the perfect one! First off, it dries VERY quickly. This is great because if I accidentally open my eye before finishing, it isn't guaranteed to smudge at the top of my lid! Second, it's actually waterproof! I'm prone to sweating (especially in our 100+ degree summers), so seeing an ugly smudged crest at the top of my eyelid was a frequent occurrence if I wasn't constantly checking to ensure my eyelids stayed dry. If it rains I'll still shield my face the best I can, but it won't ruin your look if you get a little water on your face! Lastly, it lasts a pretty long time. I can apply it in the morning and it looks exactly the same at the end of the day. Sometimes I can even sleep with it on and it usually still looks presentable the next morning (I don't recommend sleeping with makeup on, but you know, sometimes you're just really exhausted at the end of the day).
You don't HAVE to use primer with it, but I've found that it's easier to apply and lasts longer if an eye primer is used. Personally I use the Hard Candy brand of eye primer, but I'm sure you can use whatever you already have.
The only real downside I've noticed is that it's really easy to apply too much! What I do is start at the middle of my eyelid first in order to remove some of the product, then I'll proceed with the corners of my eye and any wing designs on the other side.
