A small but effective repair item
I was having quite a bit of trouble with my concealed cistern toilet. Basically water continued to flow into the bowl at a slow rate even when the flush sequence had completed. A little research on the internet gave me confidence to remove the front panel and access the internal. components. Sequence is a) isolate the water via the internal tap b) Remove the lever mechanism for flushing c) uncouple and remove the water filling valve necessary to make room for the next step d) squeeze black tabs together at rear of flush assembly which can now be withdrawn through the (small) access aperture. The seal is at the bottom of this and stops flow into the toilet itself. Mine was distorted and had water blisters hence the leak. Replace with new and refit the whole thing remembering to turn the water back on. Hey presto no leak at all. The only question remaining is why do these seals degrade after just 5 years? I bought several of these spares so I'm am covered for a long time.

Great easy to use product
I have used these successfully on a number of cameras and most recently a full frame DSLR. Best advice is only use a small amount of cleaning fluid and use once in each direction. It shouldn't be necessary to use these very often. The most important thing is to minimise the risk of dust and contamination when changing lenses.

Ideal Soldering Iron for Electronics Work
I have had other soldering irons in the past but this best one. Very well suited for small electronics work. Temperature seems spot on and it works fine even with lead free solder. It is worth paying extra for the silicone cable version because it makes handling easier due to the flexibility. At 25W the power is about right for most jobs.
