Works on White Family Rotary or 77 model
The vintage White buttonholer worked fine on my two pre-1930 White Family Rotary machines. You have to remove the presser foot and tighten the screw on the aluminum block to the presser post. After that, it works like any other buttonholer; be sure to test the tension on a piece of scrap before using it on your finished product.

Nice sound for the money, basic instructions.
I purchased this rail humbucker for a Squire offset Telecaster. The bridge in the Telecaster was fuzzy and indistinct, and didn’t sound like other Telecasters I heard online. Plus, I like hard rock and heavy metal, and I could keep the existing neck pickup for a nice clean tone.
The instructions are no more than you see on the pictures. For my guitar, that meant tying off the red/white wire with electrical tape, soldering the green wire to the bridge output on my switch, and soldering the black and silver wires to the back of the volume pot (ground).
Upon completion, the distorted sound is much more crunchy, and each string resounds more clearly than before. It is also clearer with the distortion turned down on my amp. I had no problem with the pickup fitting my squire’s bridge opening, and everything else worked as advertised.
I don’t know what a $100 Seymour Duncan hotrails would have sounded like, but for $20, this item sounds great to me.
