Very Upset

I am very Upset with this iPad it was supposed to be in Working Condition and it is Not, it glitchs out and will do things by its self even when Setting it up! I go it set it and thought maybe it would debug its self and that is not the case I then tried to Factory Rest it in hopes that would work and it didn't during Set up again it started glitching out and even shut its self off even though the Battery was at 100% Even when watching a video or movie and no one is touching it it will bring up the Power off screen or bring you to a different screen. The screen looks good but it doesn't seem to have good Touch to it
