No Salt, Lowest Sodium, thumbs up. Deliciously Simple, forget it.
Of the two, No Salt, Lowest Sodium is a better book as the author offers a variety of recipes for a low/no sodium diet. The recipes offered cover a broad spectrum for every meal occasion. The book even includes a table of spices and identifies what meats, vegetables, and sauces each spice is suitable for. No Salt, Lowest Sodium is well thought out as far as different tastes go. The book also includes a medical perspective on diet and salt intake. The author does make recommendations throughout the book and is candid in his explanations However, the book is a bit dated and in several recipes the author includes using unsalted butter. Deliciously Simple offers a narrow selection of simple recipes. The problem here is that the author does include in many of her recipes ingredients that contain salt. for example canned tomato products or chili powder. Like No Salt, attention is given to lowering sugar intake. As far as Deliciously simple goes, I would say "don't waste your money", I was disappointed with the book.

Well worth the money.
3 von 3 finden das hilfreich Despite being a few years old, this phone is well designed, loaded with features, customizable, and is still supported as I continue to receive updates. Plus this phone is one of the last ones where the rear cover can be removed making battery replacement/change outs easy as well as adding storage to the phone. I can't find anything about the phone that I don't like.
