  Zoe is the perfect seller! She was unfailingly helpful and accommodating, and replied promptly and with friendliness to all communications. Also, her packing can only be described as sensational - it could have withstood a nuclear bomb. The six glass lampshades which formed part of the parcel arrived in perfect condition. The parcel was posted the same day that I asked it to be sent, and arrived the next day. Flawless service.
