You wont be disappointed.
2 months after turning first page, my weight dropped 10 pounds. I've been on the podium twice this year (road racing, a first for me) I ride faster with more energy and recovery is on point.
I just finished a Labor day weekend ride in Florida,[Tour de Sebring] consisting of 2 metric century's and 1 century. Hot would be a understatement, temps 95+ with 100% humidity! The FZCB talks about Skratch Labs exercise & hyper hydration mix, this stuff works. During my 3-hot rides, friends and other riders around, had been complaining of cramping and bonking.
After the second day of riding [century day] many of my follow rides had cramping issues, and I was riding strong the entire time. One friend asked why aren't you cramping, and I told him " I don't cramp I Skratch"
