Fit perfect. Only downside is that the little flap that is supposed to snap in and keep lock cable in place doesn't latch well. It kept popping open. After 4th or 5th time taking door apart to figure out what was wrong, I figured out what it was doing. There is enough room for mechanism movement to drive a screw thru the catch and out the other side. Preventing the cable catch opening. It works, with a little jerryrigging.

Turns out it was the fan motor itself. Swapped this out and it still was only working "sometimes" on high.
