  Part 1:Arrived very well packaged with 4496.I nearly broke the Locomotive in two as the Shell and Chassis were only hold together on the front end(See photos).I sent a message to them.Here is the final line of the reply(with respect,I dispute that these pictures are not the same models which I sent to you.).Another message exchange took place.I attached more photos.Only 500 spaces to say what I need to. Not enough to fully say what is needed to be said.Part 2 is a similar story about 4496.
