The Motorola Droid 3 is the best option for the price!
If your looking for a reliable, affordable, and easy to use phone with an Android operating system, I'd choose the Motorola Droid 3. Personally, I'd search for a used one from a company with decent reviews because I paid only $46.00 for mine when doing so. It did take me a few weeks to find one that was in excellent condition at that price, but it's not that uncommon of a find if you have the patience for hunting one down. The only problem I have is the amount of system Apps that come with the phone. These ridiculous system Apps take up RAM and cannot be deleted unless you ROOT your phone - which takes a lot of time and effort, and there's no guarantee your phone wont get permanently messed up afterwords. I don't even like Football, and there's a system App included for that! Although it's an inconvenience, most smartphones will have the same thing so there's really no avoiding it.

No Better Quality for The Price - Guaranteed!
Look no further for such a modest price from China. Any other ornate hand fan is either very cheap and made of paper, or of similar quality and very expensive. Lets not forget the good quality made hand fan with absolutely horrendous design (usually being the equivalent to a preschoolers art project). Don't be played when shopping for your next hand fan and just consider giving one of these a splendid whurl - I guarantee you will not be disappointed or your gloating is on me!

Thank you! The fish stayed on the top of the water in a round fish bowl, so I added a tiny piece of copper in the battery door area. Also, it is more noisy then I thought it would be. Other than that, thank you!
