new, with box
I don't think it was advertised as 'new' - But it Was. Brand New in the original box. :)
I bought 4 of them, all new in box.
Shipping was quick, But-there was no packing, just the 4 boxed lighters in an envelope. All was ok but one little piece of bubble wrap would have been nice.
