It does help with holding your phone
These work fine. They're not super comfortable on your fingers, especially because it's made of plastic with sort of sharp squared edges, but it's not unbearable and it does help out with holding your phone in one hand. It also works as a kickstand if you need it, so if that's something you were looking for then these do the job.
The adhesive strip on the phone grip is VERY strong, so you can be sure that it won't come off and/or cause you to drop your device.
Overall, it's a decent design and it stays securely attached to your device, so I'm satisfied.
