Very Smooth Sounding Tweeter
These EMT-1 Tweeters sound very natural and smooth. I have them in a set of DIY speakers that I built, and set of custom 2 way crossovers with a crossover point of 2500Hz with Janzten caps and inductors that i also built. And they sound great with these tweeters. They are not shrill at all and even blow away the Vifa's I was using. I bought the lesser grade Mavin tweeters before with the dome midrange and those were even super nice. But i would spend the extra few bucks and get the better ones, because they do sound better and handle more power. I've tried a couple of the mavin woofers 10" and 8" drivers, Also well built drivers. I will say this, if you don't like a very balanced and controlled sound then you might not like these tweeters because they are bright at all. But they do have very nice detail and blend in with the bass drivers very nicely. My speakers now sound the way I wanted them too.

Great cable for the money!
I read a review on the KabelDirekt Pro RCA's and I thought i would give them a try. I was using Ghent Audio cables before these and I find these have a nicer warmer sound to them. The Ghents were a little shrill on the higher midrange and treble. I have replaced all of the Ghents with the KabelDirekt Pros. My only complaint is the connectors could have been a little tighter like the Ghents.
