Hello there! I'm Blind Hussy!
My name is unusual. I'll explain it. I am legally blind. I had a grandmother who shared my love of reading as I was growing up. She would alternate between 'good' books and romance novels. I used to tease her about these and she teased me back by calling me Little Hussy whenever she saw me. It's a nice memory. It makes me smile to think of it. And, that's what I'd like for my business. A small tribute to a little woman who meant the world to me.
I find cool things and I sell them. Clothes, leather purses / handbags, yarn, rope, and more. I'm hoping to connect with people who also like cool things and prefer not paying retail.
I donate a portion of every sale to NCSS (North Central Sight Services) in PA. They help the blind & visually impaired find work, provide transportation to doctor appointments, do visual screenings on children in schools, etc. They are a fantastic resource in the region. I am honored to support them in any way possible.
