  Product arrived exactly as described. Seller was responsive to my initial inquiries. Item was well packed to avoid any damage in transit. Shipping cost seemed a little high, but I haven’t shipped anything comparable myself recently, so maybe it’s just what things cost now.   Item arrived quickly. It was properly packed and protected for transit issues. It was as described and functional. Rating value is a bit pointless as I would not have bought it if I thought the price was bad but for the sake of form, price was reasonable. I would have no issue ordering from this seller again.

  Purchase not as described… do not trust their description. Advertised coming in original packaging (see pic below) which was important to me for long term storage of a Christmas porcelain figurine. It was in a general box with packaging. Seller’s email response was quite rude, expecting me to return at my cost… and time is $$ so be careful.
