Easy to use
I have always had issues taking any type of vitamin. After my surgery last year, my doctors again told me I have to take my vitamin. I could not because it made my physically sick. My surgeon told me about researching and finding a topical patch. I did and found these. I have ordered a 3 month supply since my initial purchase and will reorder more when I need to. Granted they are more pricey than a traditional vitamin, however I have not had any reaction as of yet.
