Fan was as described... New with just the box opened and all parts inside! Its been working non-stop for a couple weeks now and was really needed to replace a 24+ year old ceiling fan! I've installed 2 other of these Windward types of fans but they are 44" with the upgraded remote kit and i love them! i would recommend this seller and would definitely buy from again! A+++++
