For long Tamron lens
Mounted my Tamron 150~600 lens to use with a Sirui Gimble Head tripod. Works well.

These little lights provide much needed light for macro photography.
I use these lights to aid in taking close up photos (macro photography) being flexible they can be moved to as to provide light from any angle.
