Cheaply made and cheaply assembled

You get what you pay for - certainly that is true with respect to this case. The lock were both damaged and or not working properly. Some parts of the wood is so thin it may as well be cardboard. This chest would not stand up to any real use. Ok (I guess) for jewelry. I have purchased these types of chests before for various uses - I would NOT buy from this manufacturer again.
