It's a cable. It fitted at both ends and wroked

Slightly annoying!
Key pad is a bit tacky - would have like a bigger screen. Bought this instead of 6310i because of poor reviews

Useless product for using the BBC iPlayer.
This model (3900X) is not compatible with BBC iPlayer and the BBC will not run on it. As that's the main thing I bought it, it's almost useless to me. The only mention of this is on the iPlayer app, where it lists all the Roku models that the iPlayer app supports and it's not easy to find which model you're buying on eBay. Annoying and frustrating as there seems no logical reason for the differences.
