Factory state- awesome shape for the do it yourself hobbiest.
Anki overdrive is one of those products that should have gotten way more popular than it did. If you are a fan you know that most of these cars sat in a third rate warehouse waiting for customs and logistics that never panned out. As such? Most of these cars have internal batteries that oxidized and went bad...
That said- I buy these things and fix the battery problem as soon as they arrive (its kind of a hobby that pays for my and my sons racing habit lol... i bought 3 of these thermos and every single one of them arrived in like-new condition and fully intact circuit boards. Once i did my thing, all three function and connect perfectly and run for 45 minutes between charges. (Once again with the battery replaced).
Educate yourself on what you are buying- then buy these with confidence.
These are factory condition. Pre-improved. And as such are excellent quality.
