  I order a figure from their shop for the first time and it was the wrong figure they sent. I reached out and the merchant gave me options to rectify the problem. The merchant was very transparent about what happened. Would I recommend anyone to shop there? Heck yeah! I just made the merchant one of my favorites. The delivery was super fast and the figures are as described. The merchant stands behind its products which is a plus.

  Fantastic seller! There was a bit of miscommunication with the listing, but the seller was very honest, helpful, and generous in helping me work things out with them.   I waited a week for this item. I was super excited from this seller. Because I bought the Gara bag and came in perfect condition. I then bought the naruto 10 piece and they sent a completely different item. I contacted them and I haven’t received any communication. I’m so mad they sent me something completely of lesser value and something I didn’t order.

Perhaps someone shipped the wrong package to you and we apologize. Lately we have been also a bit short staffed, I just checked in the camaras what was sent and it was a Naruto Boruto Rasengan (Which is 40 USD).
