Next Step from a ordinary Sharpening steel/

Starting from a sharp knife you use this to hone the knife to razor sharp.
This Steel does not sharpen the knife but hones it to a razor edge.
For the purists.

Solid and strong.
Excellent Product. Worth the money, though they are not cheap. But worth it in the long run.
