Just as described
I assumed this would fit any Pioneer 12" sub. It did not initially fit my competition series 12" but then i realized i could cut the tabs for the screws off the back of the grill with my dremel. After doing this the holes lined up and it fit. This was a relief as i did not check fitment before ordering as i already mentioned assumed it would fit.

Only one piece no more
I thought this was a pack of 5 like others were selling for a similar price. I was shocked when I got the package and it was i individual tiny clip. It was actually smaller than I needed. I already had the small ones.
