Stowage done for you

Does anyone remember taking tissues and gauze pads to make sleeping bags and tarps. Finding jerrycans and other items (guns, ammunition boxes, personal belongings), etc. Then placing these items together to make them look like it was stored by the personal of the vehicle. This resin kit takes care of this for you. It is crisply molded, and designed for the kit you will be using it for. The parts fit is good, they match fender contours, and literally fall into place. Overall I would recommend this set to anyone who wants to make their model go the extra mile.

Good, but outdated.

This book was writen in the 90's, therfore the content concering the rivers are very good, the prices and accomadations content are not. I am not sure if the inns, b&b's, etc. are still in existance, and the costs are still the same. I do know that many of the rivers in my part of the country NY, NJ metro area have greatly improved over the last 20 years. I feel it is a must have for the person who wants to travel to these storied rivers. Just remember some of the places recommended may or not be still there, and prices will not be the same as quoted in the book. Overall the book itself is a very good read, as all of Dr. Ernest Schwiebert's books are.
