Disappointed

Was excited to buy an “Ultra Premium” steel blade after reading a Knife Informer article from April 2020 which lists CPM S110V at the top of their list. I had it less than a week and barely used it except to open bags of chips for snacking and a few letters I got in the mail. I noticed a chip in the blade edge and couldn’t believe it. Very disappointed in to say the least.
