Overall, well worth the price!
I was surprised by the quality of materials. The unit arrived complete and without instructions as promised! If you are handy with your tools and own a drill and bits, you can make this intake fit like a glove. They even include a bracket made to attach your driver's side rear cover panel to the intake heat shield, although it was not obvious to me at first (reference no instructions).

Not a rebuilt water pump like you get at a parts store. Brand new casting and internals.
High quality water pump. well worth the price.
