  As described, but I cannot recommend this seller. sent two giant msgs via ebay accusing me of being a scammer after winning their auction and pressuring me to pay immediately, else they would cancel my order - i think they were unhappy with price. i immediately apologised when I saw these and made prompt payment, they promised to ship first thing in the morning, proceeded to ignore my msgs for days, said they left their phone at their mums, then item finally shipped. unprofessional & unreliable.

  Ive had the most wonderful service and communication from Lizzy over the new charging port on my iPad Pro. No question was too much, (I talk to much) every message I sent was replied to in double quick time, allaying any worries I had about my iPad! The repair was done in 24 hours, and it’s arrived back super quick too. My packaging was re-used, which I love too! Thank you for my bonus Ipad cover thoughtful and kind upcycling.
