Like the instant heat.
This lamp came with assembly instructions only in Chinese. I could tell I needed to fill the base with something or it would tip over but did not know what to fill it with. I settled on water but it was hard to get the bladder to fill. I needed to add a little water then roll it around a while to get it to settle and then add more. Kind of a pain but now that it's filled I'm happy with it. It's a bit short to arc over a treatment table unless you have an electric, adjustable table where you can lower it down.

Better than Nutrabullet!
I've gone through a few Nutrbullets, this blender is quieter, blends better and easier to get the kids in and off. No leaks!
