Boat runs better then ever. The carb was easy to install it took no time at all. I've driven this boat 5 seasons and it always ran good until this year. I knew the problem was carb related and a carborator kit is definitely cheaper than a new carb, but unless you really know what you're doing when taking one of those apart and getting it all back together right it's not worth the aggravation. After talking to a local boat dealer and getting a quote on what it would cost to have them rebuild it, it was going to cost me more than buying a new carb and I would have waited longer for them to get it in the shop then I did to get a new carb in the mail. Changing out the old card for a new one is so easy anyone can do it. It took maybe an hour, the thing that takes the longest is getting the old gasket off. Other than that it's a piece of cake. My boat runs Awesome now.
