Jillian Michaels - kicks butt!
3 von 3 finden das hilfreich I'm in shape & this DVD still made me sweat, about which I am totally pleased. I will give this DVD 2 weeks to see what results I get from it. I believe I'll be toner & less flabby, for sure! It works exactly what the title says: the Trouble Zones. This means you're in for a mat workout involving circuits for multiple-zone workouts on the abs, thighs, glutes, tris, and chest. I can already feel the muscles will be sore tomorrow, which I welcome. I am happy I bought this DVD & recommend it to anyone.
I don't think the cool down was long enough, but I like a lot of stretching & pilates-type of moves.
