1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I purchased this book because I am learning to be an herbalist. This book is highly regarded as having lots of herbal remedies that actually work. This book lists the herbs in a way that a person can understand exactly how to use them. The recipies are simple and easy to mix up and the ingredients are things that most of us have right in our refrigerators. The world is full of antibiotics and germs that are getting used to them so they do not work any longer this book gives you an old remedy that just might kick the germs because these remedies have not been used by alot of people in such a long time. This book lists internal uses, external uses, stings, infections, diuretics poultices, digestion, antiseptics. Simply a wonderful book.

Not to strong but noticeable. I have trouble wearing perfume but this one did not make me sick.
