This is how all radios should be!
This radio allows you to "record" up to 45 minutes of play time on a single channel! Why can't all radios do this??
My main reason for purchase was to alert me when Pink Floyd songs were playing - well and a few others too, but mostly Pink Floyd!!
First, you do need to use the base plate that comes with the receiver. The receiver has a slight protrusion on the back that wouldn't allow connection to the Onyx base plate. The antenna is larger than the one that came with my Onyx which turns out to be a good thing as I now have much better reception than I had with the Onyx.
The controls for seting favorite artists and songs took a little getting used to, but once I understood the button combination, like anything else it became second nature.
I'm fortunate to have a parking garage at work, so the recording function is nice so I can continue to listen to music even after signal is lost.
I haven't found anything negative at all with this radio system and would certainly purchase again.

Simple, fast Excellent Vendor!
Super fast, great commo, as described and packaged very well. Would purchase from and recommend! Switch works very well, minor issue with the way Netgear marked the ports but the documentation from Netgear solved the problem.

Short Scale bass that delivers thumpyness.
First off, I love the Torino Green color. The bass is pretty well balanced which in my experience is uncommon in a short scale bass.
The fit and finish is better than I've seen on any of my other shorties. I really can't think of anything I don't like about it.
Controls are easy and the toggle switch doesn't have any sloppiness to it.
