Does the job

My battery was not holding charge and no warning when laptop was about to shutdown. I purchased this battery for 5732z. It is a very snug fit, possibly sits a little proud in the laptop, but once locked in place it is fine. Keeps laptop going for just over 2 hours on battery power. Generates warning when about to shutdown.

Easy,inexpensive fix for Hudl2 USB port charging problems.

I had a problem charging my Hudl2 reliably. Sometimes it would charge, sometimes not. It would take an age to charge. Sometimes it would only charge if I wiggled the usb connector in the port. It might start charging then stop. I read some articles and saw some videos which pointed to the USB charging port as being the probably culprit. On the videos, it looked like the Hudl2 USB port was easy enough to change. I ordered this item. It arrived quickly via Royal Mail during the Covid lockdown. I carefully removed the back of the Hudl, removed the battery to check it was OK, then carefully removed the speaker connection from the USB port component, then figured out how to disconnect the usb cable. I removed the screws from the USB port component then reassembled using this new component. It took me about 15-20 minutes to do all of this. This is a testament to the good design of the hudl2. You can find multiple videos on YouTube on how to do this. I paid a great price for the Hudl2 replacement USB port component. It arrived within the timeframe expected. The Hudl now charges reliably. This review was written a couple of hours after I did the work to replace the USB port and I was amazed that it all worked.
