Maybe it’s just a defective unit

Advertised as everything needed to install. It’s not. At this point quality seems shoddy. First issue, it does not come with the wires for the handlebar switches. It comes with 2 empty connectors for you to build out, but no wires. I get the feeling wires are supposed to come with as the instructions (also not included) have the wire colors and everything associated. The kit had no wires for the switches so I improvised with some new wires that came with my handlebars as I replaced the switches and they came with wire also so I happened to have extra of what I needed on hand. A handful of circuits including the low beam, left turn signal, cruise control have no power from the unit. No overload indicator and no output. I’ve been fooling with this thing a month and have only achieved 90% function. Will go over every connection again a 4th time. Going in the garbage and looking for something else if it still won’t complete. Wasn’t at all expecting easy but the challenges really seem manufactured
