A True Blast From The Past-Bing Crosby
This cd is part of a 2-disc set Originally Sold under the Columbia Records label from 1967. It was the first issue in the now defunct series Hall of Fame. Crosby was The Singer among many crooners of the late 1920's Early 1930's, and this 2 record set was a great introduction to the sounds of the era. With digitalized sound from the original masters, this updates my collection of Crosbyana, and makes the more filtered sound of the LP's passe. I Highly recommend this, along with Volume 2, and the 3-disc box set: The Crooner as an addition to any serious collection of music from an that period.

Finally have the CD I needed to complete my collection!
Recently, receiving this CD completes my 4 disc set of Past Popular Vocalists. Love it!
