You can saffely combine with medications
This product works pretty well though a tad greasy. My dermitologist recommended it to use in combination with a steroid cream for dermititis. It did the job

Great Iron
Replaced a $120 Electrolux Iron with this one. Lots of steam. Performance is on par with the more expensive units out there. Easy to use. Lightweight
