Replaced oem with this

Started off good
Like i said when i first opened it up and plugged it in it worked great for about a week. then out of no where controller port 1 stopped working and you have to wiggle it and leave it in a very specific way to make the controller work....not happy looking for a replacement now, for my replacement because the old toaster oven is too unreliable. so i thought
