Great Remote Except for Dimming (Which Sort of Works)
The remote is handy, and very easily paired. I have 4 remotes paired to 1 fan so the lights can be turned on/off or dimmed from either side of the bed & from either entry into the room.
If controlling the dimming were simple & straightforward, this would be a 5-star remote. As it is, one has to press the up/down arrows together to put it in dimming mode, then long press the light on/off button until light is as dim or bright as you want it. The problem? There's a time delay between the time one presses the light on/off button & it STARTS dimming or getting brighter, AND ALSO a time delay from the time the light on/off button is released & it STOPS dimming or getting brighter. How do you gauge how long to hold the button so it stops dimming or brightening? Beats me. So far, it's trial & error.
Apart from that quirk, it's a 5-star remote.
