Seymour Duncan JB Trembucker
Installed pickup in the bridge position on a Thinline Telecaster using a Gotoh telecaster modern bridge for humbuckers. Requires routing out the guitar. Used 500K ohm pots. The JB sounds full and bright with only a hint of twang. Lots of output from the JB. No wonder it’s the most popular Seymour Duncan pickup.
The covered Trembucker is slightly wider (1/16th”) than a standard humbucker (e.g. 57 Classic) and the Gotoh bridge opening required a slight modification.
Very happy with the sound...pairs well with a Gibson 57 Classic in the neck position.
