Too early to tell….
I’ve installed it along with a new regulator but have not had an opportunity to try the additional ports.
I would caution to make sure that you have enough room for the additional length of the ‘tee’ plus the regulator.

it worked for a while and then it quit

an excellent deal
it looks excellent, there was no obvious flaws or damage. the plastic chrome and paint was perfect.
only time will tell if it holds up....
