Works well and feels very comfortable and durable.
Has the features of a stock Xbox One X controller (audio jack input, Bluetooth, etc.) but with added textured grips on the back for each hand. Aesthetically, it has "war-themed camouflage" which is more about taste, and for me doesn't really matter. Overall a good controller that more than does the job.

Worth the price for the high quality and consistent performance.
I needed to expand my Series X storage and this was perfect. Knowing it performs as well as the SSD in the console and that 1TB is competetively priced with other SSD's with similar speed made this an obvious choice.
