Gorgeous rare traditional art-unique descriptions-explains symbols-history
This is an excellent book!! It is hard and pricey to find beautiful saint holy cards, and this book is available at an excellent price. The holy cards are now transformed to large pictures, filling almost the entire page. It features beautiful, hard-to-find pictures of the saints, excellent traditional artwork. Each has a lovely description of the saint; simple, not too lengthy, but often seldom-heard. It also describes the meanings for various symbols associated with the saint.
Holy cards are often easily lost or misplaced, but it will be hard to lose this beautiful, large book!
I have searched everywhere for large books with beautiful full-color religious art - search no further!
Highly recommended to all the faithful, of any faith of good will. This would be edifying to all, and to any one interested in good art or history.
